Born in East Austin, Handsome Dan's brings together the best of Texas brewing with the laid-back vibe of classic bait shops. We transformed an old warehouse into something special - a place where craft beverages, quality food, and good folks come together.
Who is Dan?
Handsome Dan is that high school football coach everyone wanted to be around.
The kind of guy who drives a truck but owns multiple suits. Hits the weight room a few times a week, stays fit as a fiddle, and has a smokin' hot spouse. As a coach, he knew how to bring out your best without breaking you down - always encouraging but expecting you to follow through. Dan's the type to hold true to his beliefs without needing to join an argument. Perfectly content to just be better than everyone else without needing to let them know. A damn good human being and someone that you want to make proud.
